Protocols (Terms of Service)

1. Acceptance of Protocols

By accessing or using the Zysa SaaS platform, you agree to be bound by these Protocols. If you do not agree, do not initialize a node or download our spatial assets.

2. Digital Asset Licenses

When you acquire "The Vault" or subscribe to "The Engine," you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the spatial components and UI kits in unlimited personal and commercial projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or openly share the raw source files.

3. Affiliate Partner Program

Partners in our affiliate program earn a 30% commission on referrals. Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect on a net-30 schedule.

4. Limitation of Liability

All software, tools, and digital assets are provided strictly "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties, express or implied. By using this service, you acknowledge that Zysa SaaS, its creators, and affiliates shall bear absolutely zero financial, legal, or technical liability for any data loss, system failure, business interruption, or damages arising out of your use or inability to use the platform.

5. Zero-Tolerance Policy for Explicit Content

Zysa SaaS is strictly an all-ages, professional platform. We employ automated AI moderation to scan uploaded files. The uploading, linking, or distribution of explicit, adult, or otherwise prohibited content is strictly forbidden. Any violation of this policy will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account without notice.
